Hello Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,
Lots of Swing Dancing this week. This newsletter is out early to let you know of Josh Angel's first middle of the month Wednesday night West Coast Swing dance, tonight from 8 to 10 pm at 308 West. Every other Wednesday, come out for Essie's West Coast Swing class. Both are only $6 ($4 for students) and as extra encouragement, if you go on Wednesday, you get in to Sunday night's Lindy and Hustle class for only $5 (normally $10).
Friday night join Swing and Sway with Chad as DJ at the Boltin Center, or join the UF Swing Club at the Reitz Union.
The 3rd Annual Larry G. Shahboz Memorial Swing Dance is Saturday night July 23 at the Boltin Center, raising awareness for blood cancer charities such as The Leukemia and Lymphomia Society and the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

Coming up August 6 is a West Coast Swing workshop with Sabrina Paxmann.
At 6:30 this Friday night, come out for Rumba with Caroline (Kay) Picart at 308 West. On Friday nights, when Kay is not teaching, let me know if you would be interested in ballroom dance practice.
Lots of Tango this weekend, starting Friday night with the UF Swing Club, Saturday night with Tango Pavadita Regional Milonga, followed Sunday morning with Cafe Tango Pavadita Brunch, all at 308 West.
Sunday evening come out to get in some practice to help your dancing. From 6:30 to 7, we have dance exercises to help you move to music. These are great for novice to experienced dancers. Slow Lindy Swing is from 7 to 8 and from 8 to 9 is Hustle!
If you go on Sunday, you can join my Israeli Folk Dance session for free on Monday at B'nai Israel from 7 to 9.
Tuesday nights in July, Richard is holding Vintage Waltz classes at the Boltin Center.
