Jazz Jam: For those who are musically inclined, please join us for the Pre-Sip Jazz Jam starting at 6 pm.
No partner or experience needed.
Relax, have a drink, and dip your toes into swing dancing. We welcome beginners and experienced dancers, come share some time with friends.
While this event is free, please support the Bull who is generously hosting and providing a welcoming space for dancing.

Thursdays
Ongoing Thursdays, 7:30-10:30 pm. Gainesville Swing Dancing is proud to announce that we have secured a downtown Gainesville venue for our events.
Starting September 21st, every Thursday evening from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, you can find us at the Rosa B Williams Center. We'll kick off the night with a one-hour beginner lesson, followed by two hours of social dancing in a beautiful, air-conditioned hardwood dance hall.
We cannot wait to hit the dance floor with all of you and look forward to seeing you at our new venue on September 21st.

My goal is to offer members of the club a place where they can grow their skill and gain individualized lessons to help them do so. I have been giving private lessons for about a year now, and have thoroughly enjoyed doing so.
Come get to know the members of the club. I am very excited to see you there.

Mon 27 Aug 2018, 8:30-10:30 pm. Florida Swing Dancing Club invites you all to join us again this Monday at the Collonade for some swing dancing. There are no lessons, but we will have teachers there to help out with things you have learned in previous lessons.
This event is completely free so come check it out if you have not. You may come alone or with a group of friends. Coming with a dance partner is not necessary and no prior dance experience is required.

As for parking, you can park in the Reitz Union Parking Garage, it is free after 4:30 pm.

Fri 31 Aug 2018, 8-11 pm. Get excited. Florida Swing Dancing Club invites you all to join us again this Friday at the Thelma Boltin Center for some swing dancing. This event is completely free so come check it out if you have not. You may come alone or with a group of friends. Coming with a dance partner is not necessary and no prior dance experience is required.
Lessons start at 8:00 pm and the social dance will start at 9:00 pm and end at 11:00 pm.
Parking is available in the parking lot directly outside and in street parking.
