Thu 5 Sep 2019, 6:30-9:30 pm. Would you like to check out English Country Dancing? Have you come to dance but wished there was more instruction? Beginning this Thursday, August 22, Randy Thorp and Annette Merritt will begin a 4 week session to teach the basics of English Dancing. This is a great place to begin. Slow paced. Small group. Everyone is welcome, even if you have come to dance and just want to do more dancing.
English Nuts and Bolts (a/k/a English Terms and Figures) (6:30 - 9:00) on 4 Thursday evenings, August 22 through September 12, at the Rosa B. Center, 524 NW 1st St, Gainesville. The cost will be $5 (charged by the city per person). But if you come the first 3 weeks and pay, then your 4th week will be free. This is for newcomers, for those who want to brush up on their skills, and for those who enjoy partnering to help less experienced people.
