At this dance we’ll weave a profound regenerative experience for your mind, body and soul. We combine embodiment practices such as breathwork, visualization, body awareness techniques to facilitate a space of restoration and creativity as you move on the dance floor. Get out of your daily routine! Let's tap into the flow of our bodies and connect with others in a safe heart centered community environment.
