We are back. Super excited for this months dance! This Dance will be focused around the 5 rhythms format with some intuitive creativity called forth from within ourselves. At this dance, we will weave a profound regenerative experience for your mind, body, and soul. We combine embodiment practices such as breathwork, visualization, body awareness techniques to facilitate a space of restoration and creativity as you move on the dance floor. Get out of your daily routine. Let us tap into the flow of our bodies and connect with others in a safe heart-centered community environment.
After the dance, you are welcome to stay, socialize, and share healthy snacks in a potluck.
