Sun 8 Sep, 7:30 pm. We are super excited to announce that we will be in one of the new homes to ecstatic dance as the beloved energy/space of Aurora Healing Arts transforms into HOWL, The House of Waking Life, a creation by Brooke Rosen We are so excited.
Our first dance will be June 30th, 7:30 pm and will be facilitated by the lovely Angela Betancourt. Our dances will then go on every other Sunday from that date forth. Beginning Sept. 1st (fingers crossed), alternating weekends will be hosted by HOWL.
This dance will explore the 5 Rhythms of Ecstatic Dance. In this environment we will let go of judgment of ourselves and others, embrace whatever emotions arise, and feel free to move, shake and groove however our bodies choose.

Sun 29 Sep, 7:30-9:30 pm. Join me (Angela Betancourt) and Riley Leachman, my dear friend and owner of The Crystal Canvas, as we explore the 5 Rhythms of Ecstatic Dance. We'll let go of judgment of ourselves and others, embrace whatever emotions arise, and feel free to move, shake, and groove however our bodies choose!
Ecstatic Dance gives us an opportunity to explore our inner worlds through movement and stillness. We let go of verbal communication and step in to the liberating joy of dancing in commUNITY. I carefully craft a playlist using a variety of rhythms from around the world that are sure to help you tap into your inner wisdom and playfulness.
The energy exchange is just $10 paid in cash at the door.
