Set to a soundscape of 8 songs we cover the landscape of emotion and explore what it is to be human through the dance.
Stepping in, dropping down, we move into the body, breath and sweat as a reset and resource. In times of great change we are asked for our dynamic embodiment. Ecstatic movement brings us home as our own leader and teacher. This is the dance makes waves as we turn turbulence to tranquility as a collective intention. This is our body prayer.
Thursday mornings is a community collaborative bringing together guest facilitators and DJs sharing a blend of organic and electronic music to help us ground, express and explore.
