Ongoing Wednesdays, 7-8 pm. Astarte expresses her creativity through her unique approach to dance. Her multi-cultural studies of art and spirituality has shaped her view of dance as a spiritual practice. She enjoys offering classes and workshops in Sacred Dance as a way to explore and honor the divine within all things.

Fri 28 Jul 2023, 7:30-9 pm. This class begins with a grounding meditation and then moves through each of the seven chakras, awakening our Kundalini.
This class will tap into universal energy by using live musical vibrations along with ancient dance techniques in a group setting.
