Her multi-cultural studies of art and spirituality has shaped her view of dance as a spiritual practice. She enjoys offering classes and workshops in Sacred Dance as a way to explore and honor the divine within all things.

Fri 18 Aug 2023, 7-10 pm. Ecstatic Dance is an exploration of the Self, through music and movement, within the greater container of kinship and community! This is a practice of deep listening to your inner knowing, leading yourself through free-form dance, to an eclectic mix of music from various genres, eras, and places all around the world.
You are invited to use the music as a tool to let go and freely express your emotions no matter what they are, love or sorrow, anger or bliss, sadness or happiness, just let everything out. The ecstasy of these dances comes through completely letting go and uninhibitedly being yourself! This is medicine.
The Spirit of Cacao will play an important role in this vibrational voyage. She’ll assist us in opening our hearts, connecting to each other and our higher selves, and in finding a profound level of awareness, creativity, and healing.
