Her multi-cultural studies of art and spirituality has shaped her view of dance as a spiritual practice. She enjoys offering classes and workshops in Sacred Dance as a way to explore and honor the divine within all things.

Join us for a deep dive into foundations of Contact Improvisation every second Sunday.
Contact improv is a dance form that explores touch, weight sharing, and finding a flow state with other bodies. Beyond the physical, it’s a beautiful way to practice listening, trust, following impulses, and cultivating playfulness.
These workshops are a chance to learn and deepen CI skills, with a combination of exercises and open dancing to integrate what you've learned.
October’s workshop focuses on how we physically communicate consent. We’ll practice saying no, yes, yes and - through our bodies. We’ll explore ways to invite another into a dance and how to read responses through body language.
