Soul Dance - Biodanza
Biodanza is about connection to life through movement, music, and emotion. You are born with a dance. Your dance accompanies you through your life. Biodanza helps you reconnect with your own, unique movement.
How does Biodanza work?
Biodanza is Art through movement and music. The facilitator takes you on a sequence of music that bypasses your thinking brain straight into your cells and rekindles with the dance you were born with.
Your emotions are awaiting to be danced, Biodanza guides you through five integrated forces within you. The body follows, no words are uttered, you follow the music.
Biodanza is community-based, everyone contributes with their soul dance.
