Sat 28 Oct, 10-11:30 am. Love to dance? Interested in feeling better through fitness based in joy? This is for you. Nia is a holistic fitness technique that blends elements of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, and is easily adaptable to all levels of fitness and experience. Nia boosts both physical and emotional well-being, through pleasurable, healthy, and creative movement form. This class is perfect for beginners, and those who want to learn more about the Nia Technique. Comfortable clothing and a bottle of water recommended.
If this class is full or if this date does not work for you, there will be another Intro to Nia on November 18th.
Beginners are welcome. Join Sarit for this intro to Nia.
