Fri 21 Apr 2023, 7-8 pm. Are you ready for a unique and fun class? Belly Dance Kangoo Fitness blends Kangoo Jumps with Middle Eastern Dance Movements. This class flows from a warmup and isolations that engage your core muscles, to dance combinations and a beautiful dance routine.
This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. The Cost is $20, hip scarves are provided and Kangoo jumps rebound boots will be available for no extra charge.
