Nia offers a low-stress workout environment and an invitation to celebrate your inner dancer, warrior and child. Nia improves mobility, agility, flexibility, strength & stability. Classes are open to participants of all fitness levels. No previous experience or special talent needed. Just be open to have fun and feel better at the end of the hour. $12 Drop in; $54 for 6-tickets. Valid for both Tuesday and Friday classes.
