Sip N' Swing at The Bull

Ongoing Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30 pm. Join us every Tuesday at The Bull for Sip N' Swing. We cannot wait to dance with you. Jazz Jam: For those who are musically inclined, please join us for the Pre-Sip Jazz Jam starting at 6 pm. No partner or experience needed. Relax, have a drink, and dip your toes into swing dancing. We welcome beginners and experienced dancers, come share some time with friends. While this event is free, please support the Bull who is generously hosting and providing a welcoming space for dancing. Lindy Hop Swing Dancing Lessons and Social Dancing

Ongoing Thursdays, 7:30-10:30 pm. Gainesville Swing Dancing every Thursday evening from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, you can find us at the Rosa B Williams Center. We kick off the night with a one-hour beginner lesson, followed by two hours of social dancing in a beautiful, air-conditioned hardwood dance hall. Swing Summer Bootcamp Featuring the Harlequin Jazz Band

Fri 8 Jul to Sun 10 Jul 2016, 8:15 pm-12 am. Free lesson from 8-9 pm followed by open dancing. All ages welcome. No partner necessary. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a Save the date It is time for our summer workshop. We have two days of lessons, social dances with The Harlequin Jazz Band on Saturday, and some thrilling activities all for the price of $15! The price breakdwon is $5 for a pass to all the lessons and $10 for entry into the saturday dance. This workshop is aimed at giving a jumpstart to those of you who either have started dancing recently and want to get on the fast track to being an awesome dancer. If you're a first time dancer or have been dancing for a couple of years you will find soemthing for you. Times and locations are tentative so check back here in the days leading up to the event.
