City of Gainesville Celebrates America 250 with 820s New Mexico – Josefina’s Gift.
Step back in time to a New Mexican rancho in the 1820s with the stage play Josefina’s Gift, a story that brings history to life through culture, family, and tradition.
Guests will enjoy an immersive afternoon featuring:
Live mariachi music and traditional Mexican folk dancing, dances and hands-on activities including ceramics, pottery, and bead-making.
Interactive cultural experiences for all ages.

This event is part of Plays in the Park: The American Story, celebrating America 250 through live performances and engaging, educational activities.
