With high group participation and partner switching in the middle of the dance, we highly encourage our students to start with Casino. We also offer a student performance team in this style of salsa!
Casino classes are at 6:15 every Monday, and at 7:30 every Wednesday after Variety Hour. We also have advanced Casino classes on Thursdays after our rotating Latin Series.
On 1 style salsa, also known as LA salsa, is a popular style of salsa dancing that originated in Los Angeles, California. It is characterized by its linear style, meaning dancers move along a line, back and forth, as opposed to the circular motion seen in other salsa styles like Casino.
