This intimate creativity and movement workshop is an invitation to pause at the threshold of a new year and gently envision what wants to emerge in your life in 2026.
Through guided movement, creative exploration, reflection, and shared conversation, we’ll create space for clarity, intention, and embodied insight.
You do not need any prior experience with movement or art, just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
What we will explore:
* Gentle, mindful movement to connect with the body’s wisdom
* Creative exercises to access intuition and imagination
* Guided reflection and journaling
* A supportive circle for sharing and witnessing
* Time to articulate intentions that feel alive and authentic

About your host
Sarit Ben-David Sela is a visual artist, architect, and movement facilitator who creates gentle, playful spaces for reflection, creativity, and embodied awareness. Her workshops weave movement, art-making, and conversation to support connection, curiosity, and personal insight.
