An all-levels workshop combining movement, reflection, and simple art-making, with a focus on self-exploration, connection with others, and group experience.
Through guided movement, reflection, and simple art-making, we’ll move between these layers—shifting from inward awareness to connection and back again. The process is gently structured, with space for curiosity, expression, and discovery.
We will work with:
One ~ your own inner experience
Two ~ shared exploration with a partner
Three ~ group energy and collective expression
No prior experience with movement or art is needed. This is not about creating something polished, but about engaging the process and seeing what unfolds. Historic Duckpond Neighborhood, Gainesville.
