Costs are sliding scale. Contact hosts ahead of time for volunteer/work trade opportunities if $ is an issue. Typically it will be help with event set up/clean up.
Pay at the door. No pre registration required.
Please have exact change if paying cash. Virtual payment app such as Venmo is the preferred payment method.
Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket and pillow if you like to use during the sound bath. Chairs will be available as well…
We invite you to join us for the first in our ongoing series of community building, positive, peaceful, uplifting, nervous system regulating, sound and movement healing events. (Whew, that was a mouthful)
This event is held at The HUB, Ocala’s new multi-cultural, arts, environmentally conscious, holistic wellness collaborative located within the center for spiritual living.
We will have info booths, vendors, food, fire pit for community conversations, food, sound bath, yoga, qigong, euphoric movement/movement meditation (our version of ecstatic dance) and more.
All ages are welcome, but parents please supervise your children to maintain the integrity and intention of the event. Especially during the sound bath component and around the fire for safety.
We understand that little ones might need to get their wiggles out so just quietly escort them outside if they need a break during the sound bath so as to be the least disruptive as possible.
Wiggles welcomed during the yoga/qigong and dancing portion.
Possible vendors tarot, massage, henna, jewlery, clothing, various innovative healing modalities.
Vendor/info booth fee is $25 and includes access to classes. If you’ll be doing demos or an activity that adds to the event there is the possibility of waived fees. Reach out to the host to discuss.
At the HUB, we offer space rental for classes, workshops or meeting with clients as well as a collaborative work area.
If you are interested in space rental, teaching classes/ workshops or being a vendor, please reach out.
It is also available for conferences, weddings, cultural events, retreats and etc.
