Gainesville Karma Thegsum Chöling-KTC is asking for donations.
For years, Lama Losang has covered the costs of our center, paying the mortgage, insurance, and repairs while the center paid a small stipend toward utilities. Our heartfelt aspiration is to pay off the remaining mortgage over the next five years, honoring our teacher's great kindness and securing the center’s future.
Here is a way you can help. Come Out for a Night of Jazz.
On Saturday, April 15th, sangha member and professional jazz guitarist Larry Newcomb will play American and Brazilian jazz standards with his friend, world-renown jazz professor, guitarist, and singer Welson Tremura.
All proceeds will benefit Gainesville KTC’s building fund.
We aim to raise $5,000, which means selling all 40 tickets for the two limited-seat performances at The Bull (18 SW 1st Avenue, Gainesville), as well as another 60 donation-only tickets. Can you help us reach our goal?
