Explore your connection to the energies of the universe and awaken your chakras through ancient dance techniques.
In this class we will explore our connection to the energies of the universe through ancient dance techniques. We will focus our intention on channeling these energies through our movement, activating our chakras with isolations that awaken our Kundalini. Through this practice we will tap into our creative power and embody the divine within.
This class will benefit mind, body and spirit leaving you more grounded, centered, energized and in touch with the divine within, while gaining self esteem, confidence and empowerment.
Astarte expresses her creativity through her unique approach to dance. Her multi-cultural studies of art and spirituality has shaped her view of dance as a spiritual practice. She enjoys offering classes and workshops in Sacred Dance as a way to explore and honor the divine.
