Slow, slinky, liquid-like movements are a wonderful addition to any dancer’s vocabulary. This workshop will give you the whos what’s and why’s of those smooth movements, how to utilize them in choreography to create interesting dynamics, and how to seamlessly incorporate footwork to gracefully use your entire stage.
Expect to work on arms, slow hip work, poses, undulations while we explore different slow belly dance concepts.
