PRCA Cultural Affairs and Dance Alive National Ballet are excited to bring you bring you a new participatory arts program for seniors. Senior Moments will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays 3-4 pm at Oakview Park thru November.
Classes will focus on body movement, a mix of stretching, work on balance, mobility and control. Styles include ballet, modern and jazz.
