Jazz Jam: For those who are musically inclined, please join us for the Pre-Sip Jazz Jam starting at 6 pm.
No partner or experience needed.
Relax, have a drink, and dip your toes into swing dancing. We welcome beginners and experienced dancers, come share some time with friends.
While this event is free, please support the Bull who is generously hosting and providing a welcoming space for dancing.

Ongoing Thursdays, 7:30-10:30 pm. Gainesville Swing Dancing every Thursday evening from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, you can find us at the Rosa B Williams Center. We kick off the night with a one-hour beginner lesson, followed by two hours of social dancing in a beautiful, air-conditioned hardwood dance hall.

Fri 27 Nov to Sun 29 Nov 2020. We’re excited to announce that this year’s ILHC is being held as a special online event!
Following increased and overwhelming concerns about the COVID-19 virus, we feel this is the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation. We are very disappointed that we are unable to hold the event in person for the Lindy Hop community. But we know it’s the right decision based on the information we have today.
We believe this is an opportunity for our international community to come together and for people from across the globe to be able to watch and participate at ILHC--now, more than any year before. We further believe competition brings people together, provides a creative outlet, and encourages performance at a high level--all of which we need in these times.
