Sat 20 Jul, 7-11 pm. Come join your host Chad Big Daddy Young for a fun-filled evening of fun swing dancing. The theme this time is a 50s-60s Beach Blanket movie. For those who have never been to a Big Daddy party before - we celebrate all Swing dances and some other related fun dances as well. Music is about 30% each Lindy Hop, East Coast Swing, and West Coast Swing, with about 10% 'other' (Carolina Shag, Charleston, Country Two Step, Blues, Waltz). I am working out the details, but the plan at the moment is: 7-8pm - Swing Dance Lesson - Carolina Shag with Ray Parris. 8-11pm - Social Dancing. $15 lesson and dance. $10 dance only.
