We will do individual exercises and partner activities to understand this improvisational dance! We will explore various concepts of connection (to oneself, to the music, to the dance partner, to the dance floor, to other social dancers).
Parking is available on campus.
What to wear? If you own a pair of salsa shoes, jazz/ballet flats, or Toms, those work great. If not, bring a thick pair of socks to dance in. Partner Dance? You are welcome to join with or without a partner. Those who come alone will be paired up.

We are excited to announce a new venue for USA Dance Ocala in the Barn at Bellemoor, an elegant, very large ballroom/wedding venue located in Belleview just minutes from US 301. The venue features a large, pristine, polished concrete floor that moves smoothly when dancing. The five-year-old venue is beautifully decorated with 11 crystal chandeliers, high ceilings and ample seating. The large parking lot is lighted. This venue is truly a gem. It is that time again. Third Friday of the month always join us for lots of music and dancing. As always, it is a West Coast Swing dance, but there will be a sprinkle of other dances. We can play a few requests as well. A few snacks will be provided. So
